  • Week Eight - 7/16
    • Monday at Webb Bridge  (Xam and Y=8 & Z=5 routes Xpm=4 on your own) 
    • Tuesday at Webb Bridge
    • Wednesday at CHS Track  Xam and Y=6;  Xpm=3 on your own; Z's get some rest!
    • Thursday at CHS Track
    • Friday at Webb Bridge  X=14;  Y=10;  Z=6 
    • Saturday at CHS Track
